Burlington Steamboat Days in Burlington, IA is a music festival bringing you closer to the bands you love. The event began in 1963 to give the local chamber of commerce somewhere to host an event. It was originally a Dixie Land festival, but now we’re home to various types of music. Experience the fun at Burlington Steamboat Days American Music Festival, an annual four-day music festival that’s the biggest community event in Burlington!

3 Stages, 4 Nights, 13 Bands

  • Main Stage – sing along with 10,000 of your closest friends to our headliners’ hits
  • South Stage – party before and after the show with high energy cover bands
  • Missi Sippin’ Landing – crack open a craft brew with friends in our NEW beer garden

Convenient and safe off-site parking

Through a partnership with the Burlington Area YMCA a shuttle will run Thursday - Sunday night.

  • Time: 6 PM to Midnight; pick up approximately every 15 minutes
  • Fee: $2 per adult each way; kids traveling with a parent free (all proceeds benefit the YMCA Child Care program)
  • Route: Bus leaves from the North side of the 700 Building of the SCC Campus (Entrance off Gear Avenue in West Burlington) Drop-off on the South Side of The Drake on Washington St. Riders will have a one block walk to the main gate.
